Go-to-Market Associate (Founder’s Associate Like)

Role Description
This is a highly hands-on, generalist role with a strong founder’s associate scope, focused on building and scaling go-to-market activities. You will work across partnerships, events, and analytics to drive growth and bring structure to early-stage GTM efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a partner network (e.g., service providers, consultancies, agencies) to generate a referral-driven pipeline
- Own and optimise event and field marketing strategy, including trade fairs, lead capture, and activation
- Consolidate and improve GTM reporting across tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, billing platforms) to enhance funnel visibility and decision-making
- Support ad hoc projects such as GTM hiring, international expansion, and operational initiatives
- Assist with sales activities during peak periods when needed
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience (internships or early-stage roles)
- Fluency in German and strong English skills
- Highly driven, ambitious, and proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Analytical and structured thinker with the ability to operate in unstructured environments
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in startups (Seed/Series A) or exposure to business development, consulting, or GTM roles
- Customer-facing experience (e.g., internships, SDR roles, or similar)
- Exposure to healthcare or healthtech environments
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments with a hands-on, generalist approach
- Salary range from 60K to 90K base (depending on experience)
